Return & Refund Policy – Zauq Shop

At Zauq Shop, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You may request a return within seven days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that bridal clutches and sale items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please email us at malik.shahan7890@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Exchanges are also available for items of equal or higher value, with any price difference to be covered by the customer.
